Our Services.
PedalYard® provides professional bike instruction for individuals of all ages. While our proprietary teaching method is highly effective, the outcome of any lesson depends on the individual participant.
Assumption of Risk & Liability.
Cycling is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including the risk of falling or collision. By participating in a PedalYard® program, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you are participating voluntarily. PedalYard® and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during or after our sessions, provided we have adhered to our safety protocols. A separate liability waiver may be required to be signed prior to your first session.
Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds.
To ensure fairness to all our families, our booking policy is as follows:
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future session.
- Rescheduling: We are happy to help you move your booking to a new date, provided notice is given according to our cancellation window.
- No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
Intellectual Property.
All content on this website, including our training methodologies, curriculum, photography, and branding, is the exclusive property of PedalYard®. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within our service area.
